Barrier Face Mask Testing to CWA 17553:2020

Alongside our Medical and Face Mask testing, we have added Barrier Mask testing to CWA 17553:2020 based on the AFNOR specification

The testing we undertake is:

• 6.4 Material Filtration Efficiency test to the Methods in EN 14683:2019 + AC:2019 Annex B
• 6.5 Breathing Resistance and Air Permeability test to the Methods in EN 14683:2019 + AC:2019 Annex C

The Methods used are the same as used for Medical Face Masks, with more lenient restrictions on Filtration Efficiency and Breathability.

 All tests will be carried out with traceable calibrated instrumentation.

We would like to support your efforts by ensuring the equipment is safe and fit for purpose by testing them and providing traceable documentation to prove that your products have been independently validated.
