1. Introduction 4ward Testing is a specialist testing laboratory based in the United Kingdom. We are a micro-business committed to operating ethically and with integrity. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all our business dealings.

2. Our Policy We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or, to the best of our knowledge, in our supply chains. This policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and in compliance with the spirit of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, even where we are not legally required to publish a formal statement.

3. Our Business & Supply Chain

• Our Business: As a UK-based test lab, our operations consist of professional, skilled employees. We confirm all our staff have the legal right to work in the UK and are paid at or above the National Living Wage. Our risk of modern slavery within our direct operations is negligible.

• Our Supply Chain: Our supply chain is very simple. We primarily purchase lab consumables, equipment, and office supplies from reputable UK and EU-based suppliers. We do not engage in sourcing raw materials from high-risk sectors or countries.

4. Due Diligence & Risk Management

• We expect our direct suppliers to share our commitment to ethical business practices.

• We will not knowingly support or do business with any organisation involved in modern slavery.

• Given the low-risk nature of our business and supply chain, we consider our primary due diligence to be the vetting of new suppliers and ensuring they are reputable, established organisations.

5. Training & Awareness All our staff are aware of our ethical commitments, and management is responsible for ensuring this policy is upheld.
